Week-on-the-Job Program for High School Sophomores
10th graders participate in summer week-on-the-job experiences at corporations, law firms, and government offices.
Companies host 2-6 students for 1 week (4 days).
Students rotate among hosts for four weeks of different experiences. The program exposes students to many different professionals and career paths, and is a truly rewarding experience for both students and volunteers.

Field Trip Program for Middle & High School Students
Middle and High School students participate in both in-person and online field trips to learn about different careers, meet professionals, and learn what education and experience are necessary to work in that field. During the summer, companies host 30-40 students for a morning (10am-12pm) or afternoon (1pm-3pm) visit.
Field trips focus on an interactive activity with volunteers and small groups of students. Examples of activities include case studies, mock negotiations, working through a business issue, and more. NJ LEEP staff will work with hosts to plan and facilitate in-person and virtual sessions.
