College Student Success Program

NJ LEEP’s commitment to our students lasts through college graduation and into career launch. NJ LEEP believes that it is our responsibility to support students in the college transition, navigating their college experience and launching into a career.

Students receive monthly check-ins that cover a wide range of supports, including personal support, academic guidance, connections to resources on campus, assistance in navigating financial aid and covering college costs. Students are also invited to virtual webinars on topics such as resume writing, searching for an internship and building your identity in the workplace. College students gather in person for networking events and career nights.

85% of NJ LEEP students are currently enrolled in college; 74% of NJ LEEP alumni have graduated from college within six years of high school graduation.
